West Salem, Ohio – American Augers is proud to announce the appointment of Carrie Rowland to the position of Technical Service Coordinator. Rowland will be responsible for administering product warranty data, Return Goods Authorization/Return Materials Authorization programs, and various other inside customer support activities.

Rowland has been with American Augers since January 2006 working with the Finance Department by coordinating all product export and customer account documentation.
