John Hoffman was appointed to the position of company Product Support Manager in 1998.
Hoffman joined American Augers in 1996 as a manufacturing electrician. Hoffman become the Assistant Technical Service Manager in 1997.
Hoffman began his distinguished customer service career in 1978 when he worked doing service and repair on electric motors for R.F. Smith Electric Inc. He has also held positions including Branch Manager and Shop Foreman for K.B. Electric Inc., and as the Maintenance Supervisor for Philway Products.
